Shipping policy

At FGVN, every item is made to order just for you. We don’t keep large amounts of inventory on hand—this helps us reduce waste and focus on intentional, meaningful designs.

Made-to-Order Production

  • All products are printed and made after you place your order.

  • Typical fulfillment time is 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During peak seasons (holidays, major sales, etc.), fulfillment times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times (USA)

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Once your order has been fulfilled and leaves our facility, typical shipping times are:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 3–4 business days after fulfillment

Estimated total time from order to delivery is usually:

  • 5–9 business days (2–5 days for fulfillment + 3–4 days for shipping)

Please note: These are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

  • As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout:

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error right after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update the address before your order is fulfilled, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it:

  • Please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office.

  • If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you review next steps, but we cannot guarantee free replacements for orders marked as delivered.

Delays & Exceptions

Occasionally, delays may happen due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Weather events

  • High seasonal volume

  • Other circumstances outside our control
